Users may delete their accounts at any time. Upon deletion, all associated data (e.g., resumes, tokens) will be permanently removed, and no refunds will be issued for unused tokens.

3. Purchases and Payments

Tokens can be purchased via Stripe and are used to access premium features such as job postings, resume optimization, and cover letter generation. Tokens are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If your account is deactivated for any reason, unused tokens will not be refunded.

4. Job Postings and Applications

Recruiters may post jobs on the platform. Job seekers will be redirected to external links to complete their applications. Please note:

• We are not responsible for the content or actions of third-party websites linked from our platform.
• You will be informed when you are leaving our platform to continue your application.

5. Resume Optimization and Cover Letter Generation

These services are available based on your token balance. While we strive to provide high-quality outputs, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from optimized resumes or generated cover letters.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Scraping or redistributing content from our platform.
• Using the platform for unauthorized or illegal purposes.
• Interfering with the operation of the platform or its services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including job postings, tools, and services, is the property of Job Refine or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without explicit permission.

8. Data Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
